Q: Can you ship my package discreetly?
A: Yes. I package all my items quickly and discreetly in a dress bag, then in a Priority Mail box to ensure confidential safe delivery. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. I do not save any of your personal information unless you request it.
Q: Do you ship International?
A: Yes, I ship worldwide. International S/H is $19.00.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. Due to the nature of my handmade items, all sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds so please buy with confidence! Please ask questions before buying and remember, you will always get the highest quality possible at Leanne's Pretty Dresses!
Q: How long is the wait on a custom made dress?
A: Please allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment and measurements to complete and ship your dress. (Sometimes within 1 week when I am not busy!)
Q: How do I care for my handmade dresses?
A: I recommend dry clean only on my handmade dresses, although some dresses are machine washable. If you prefer washing them in water, use cool water on gentle cycle and hang dry. If you are not sure if a dress is wash-safe, dry clean it.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Payment and measurements must be received before I can start any order. If I do not receive all of the necessary information needed to complete your order within 3 months from the sale date, your order will be canceled with NO refund. Sorry, but I cannot hold on to incomplete orders.
